Oil de Perdrix este un cupaj cu 75% Pinot Noir si 25% Chardonnay, un delicat Rose vintage din recolta anului 2018, Extra brut
- Chardonnay din Avize si Pinot Noir din Ay.
- Must din primul ciclu de presa pentru Chardonnay, must din primul si al doilea ciclu din presa pentru Pinot Noir.
- Pinot Noir vinificat in butoaie de stejar de minim 5 cicluri de vin. Maturare 36 de luni pe drojdii.
- Fara fermentatie malolactica.
- Dozaj : 3 gr/L.- Productie in jur de 3 000 de sticle doar in cei mai buni ani de recolta.
